- NO FUND RECOVERY: If you lose your card, we CANNOT and WILL NOT recover your Bitcoin funds. The funds are permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
- NO CARD REPLACEMENT: If you lose your card, we CANNOT and WILL NOT replace it. Lost cards result in permanent loss of the Bitcoin stored on that card.
- NO WALLET ACCESS: We CANNOT gain access to your wallet. We do NOT hold or store your private keys. We have no ability to access your Bitcoin under any circumstances.
- UNLIMITED RELOADS: Once activated at a merchant location, your card can be reloaded an unlimited number of times with Bitcoin using cash at the counter.
- MERCHANT RESELLERS: The service of selling ReloadCryptoCards and providing Bitcoin top-up services is provided by independent merchant resellers in our authorized network, not directly by ReloadCryptoCards.

- Any disputes between you and merchant resellers

- Transactions conducted at merchant reseller locations
- Any errors, delays, or issues arising from merchant reseller operations
Your relationship with merchant resellers is separate from your relationship with ReloadCryptoCards. Any issues with card purchases or top-up services at merchant locations should be addressed directly with the merchant reseller.

YOUR WALLET, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: The Bitcoin stored on your ReloadCryptoCard is stored in YOUR personal wallet on the card. We do NOT have access to your wallet, private keys, or funds. While ReloadCryptoCards employs advanced encryption and security technology, no security system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee:
- Absolute security against all threats
- Protection against all forms of attack or unauthorized access
- That the technology will be free from defects or vulnerabilities
